Shipping policy

At the present time, we are using Australia Post, Sendle and Fastway Couriers to post your items. 
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your items arrive perfectly in one piece, I cannot guarantee that from time to time, things unfortunately go wrong.  In the event that your item is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (with a photo of the damage) and I will endeavor to assist you. 
We strive to get orders out as soon as possible to you, however current turnaround time is 7-14 days. Often however, orders are created earlier than this.
During a sale period or during busy times (Christmas, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day & End of Year), please allow for extra time due to the sheer number of orders being processed. We pride ourselves on our orders being handmade in small batches and we do not mass produce.
If an order is required in a hurry, a simple email would be appreciated and we will do our best to get this dispatched as quick as possible.
We will inform customers of cut off periods via our social media pages & our website, therefore please keep these times & dates in mind when placing your order.
